Booking information necessary to plan and confirm your trip, such as traveler names, contact details, and, where required by a Supplier, passport or identification details.
Payment for planning fees is processed through our host agency, Departure Lounge. Payment for bookings may be processed through TravelWits, Virtuoso, or directly with Suppliers. In some cases, we may ask you to share credit card or other payment details with us so that we can complete a booking on your behalf. Any card details you share are stored securely in Travefy, our trip-planning platform, and are retained for the pre-agreed booking window required to process your transaction.

We use the information you provide to:

Recommend a Service Tier and plan, quote, and book your travel
Share necessary booking details with Suppliers (hotels, tour operators, airlines, etc.), Departure Lounge, and consortia such as Virtuoso in order to complete and service your reservation
Send newsletters, updates, and travel inspiration if you opt in
Respond to inquiries and communicate with you about our services
Improve our website and communications

Suppliers booked on your behalf — whether directly or through a consortia or booking platform — who receive booking and traveler details necessary to fulfill your reservation
Virtuoso, when used to book your reservations directly
Wix, our website hosting platform, and TravelWits, which powers our online booking portal and relies on underlying technology providers (including Sabre) to process certain reservations
