TIER 1 - HOTEL & RESORT BOOKINGS
Whether you know exactly where you want to stay or just need a curated shortlist of options, I'll handle the research and booking, always free. Every booking comes with full Virtuoso and/or Departure Lounge perks applied: complimentary room upgrades, daily breakfast, onsite credits, and preferred rates.

TIER 3 — THE CONCIERGE EXPERIENCE
After booking your stay (always free), I'll work alongside the property's onsite concierge, spa, and other staff to take care of every detail: onsite dining reservations, spa appointments, and excursions. Consider it your stay, fully curated from the moment you arrive.
This tier is the perfect fit for luxury resort stays and single-destination trips, where arriving is just the beginning.
Planning Fee: $350
TIER 2 — CRUISES, TOURS & PRIVATE TRAVEL
From river cruises to overland expeditions, finding the right tour or cruise is genuinely my specialty. I've experienced this world from both sides, as a former North American Tour Leader and as a passenger on dozens of group tours and expedition cruises worldwide. Add in Virtuoso's extensive list of partnerships, and I'll find exactly the right fit for you — presenting up to three tailored quotes.
Planning Deposit: $150 for up to three (3) quotes

TIER 4 — THE GRAND VOYAGE
For the traveler with big goals: multi-city itineraries, combined hotel, cruise and/or tour packages, and experiences that bring you far outside your property's walls are just the start. I handle every component, from accommodation and transportation to restaurant reservations, show and event tickets, and everything in between. You receive a fully custom itinerary before you go, and I stay involved every step of the way.
This tier is for travelers who mind the details. Consider it done.

I recommend booking flights independently for the most flexibility, but flight ticketing and change assistance is available for select clients.

From a spark of your imagination until you board your flight, here's how I make your dream trip a reality.
Step 1: Let's Connect
Reach out by email or fill out a short inquiry form. Tell me where you're dreaming of going — even if it's just a vague idea or a destination you've always wanted to visit. There are no wrong answers at this stage.
Step 4: Your Perfect Proposal
I'll research your options and present a tailored proposal, with Virtuoso and Departure Lounge perks built in wherever possible. For Tier 2 clients, I'll provide up to 3 curated quotes for your consideration.
Step 2: Discovery Call
I'll schedule a call to understand your travel style, preferences, budget, and timeline. I'll recommend the right service tier for your trip and answer any questions you have before we begin.
Step 5: Refine & Confirm
Once you've approved your hotel, cruise, or tour package, I'll add on extras and refine any details until everything feels exactly right. Your planning deposit is applied at this stage, and final confirmation locks in your Virtuoso perks and preferred rates.
Step 3: Info Gathering
For new clients and more complex trips, I may send a questionnaire or short intake form to make sure all your details are on file before we begin. This helps me tailor everything to you from the very beginning.
Step 6: Bon Voyage
You'll receive your full Travefy itinerary a few days before departure. I'll stay in contact with you and your providers to ensure seamless travel from arrival to your final day. All that's left is to enjoy every moment.
